"Peter Pan" by Spotlight Theatre
Saturday 26th March 2022 "Peter Pan" by Spotlight Theatre Nottingham Arts Theatre Based on the original story of Peter Pan by JM Barrie, this was an adaptation by Amanda Hall who takes Wendy, John & Micheal on a magical journey to Neverland with the forever young Peter Pan! I have always loved watching Peter Pan pantomime when I was little but however, this performance was not a pantomime at all it was something different also was created as storytelling with some comedy sketches as well as dancing and singing which seems amazing. Peter Pan was played by Zach Silcok who was brilliant and I could not keep my eyes off him while he was acting also he is such an incredible actor. I love it where he sat on the floor in front of the audience and got the audience involved by asking them to repeat after him while Tinkerbell was dying "I believe in fairy" and it got repeated around 3 times which was really thoughtful and brought some cheer.
